MORTGAGE LOAN CHECK LIST

You will need the following items to complete your mortgage application:

• Real estate purchase contract
• Two year employment history including name and address of present and previous employers
• One full month's most recent paycheck stubs
• W-2's for past two years
• If self-employed, complete personal and business tax returns for past two years, current balance sheet, and year-to-date profit and loss statement
• Checking, savings, IRA, 401K account information (bank name, address, account numbers and balances)
• Three most recent monthly bank statements
• Present mortgage information: lender name, address, loan number, balance, and monthly payment
• If currently renting, landlord name, address, phone number, and monthly rental amount
• Outstanding debts: creditor name, address, loan or account number, balance, and monthly payment
• One-year rental agreements for investment properties, if applicable
• If divorced, complete signed divorce decree
• Photo identification and Social Security card
• Check to cover cost of appraisal and credit report
• DD214 or Certificate of Eligibility (VA only)
