Your Information on Our Site
The iFreedom Direct Corporation's website logs information
when a user accesses our site. Information recorded is a customer
identifier, which is a combination of the server's Session ID and
the SQL Server's unique identifier in our registration table. We
also access the user's browser type and version. This means that
a user's session will be tracked, but the user will remain anonymous.
You can browse our site without entering any
personal information and therefore remain anonymous during your
visit. However, we hope that all of our visitors will eventually
apply online with us so that we may assist them with all their
mortgage lending needs.
Use of Your Information
Information gathered in the registration table
is used to analyze information on what page(s) users access on our
site. This information will be used to improve the value of the
content on our website.
iFreedom Direct Corporation Online Application
For visitors who fill out an online application
with iFreedom Direct Corporation, the information provided will be used
to determine the applicant's eligibility for the various loan products that
we offer. Our form asks users for standard information
required to fill out any home loan application. The Social Security Number will be used to obtain a copy
of your credit report.

before being sent over the Internet. This makes it virtually impossible
for your information to be stolen or intercepted while being transferred
through cyberspace. When we receive your application, it is kept
encrypted until we're ready to process it.
We do NOT provide any information about you to
any third party unless they are related to the loan application
process, such as appraisers and escrow officers, just as a traditional
lender would. We do NOT sell e-mail lists to third parties. (See
the Information Privacy Policy below.)
Sharing of the Information
For those visitors who apply online with iFreedom Direct Corporation, all the information you supplied will be forwarded to
one of our mortgage professionals.

A Few Things to Consider...
iFreedom Direct Corporation believes in fair lending
practices. We adhere to The Fair Housing Act and the Equal Credit
Opportunity Act in all aspects of the credit process, including
the pricing of mortgage loans. Our pricing standards are designed
to ensure that loan applicants will be priced on a non-discriminatory
basis.
Our mortgage rates are competitive and we're up-front
about all costs. We don't charge "fluff" fees that can
cause real sticker shock at the settlement table. Our home equity
second mortgage lien loans don't carry application fees or "teaser"
rates that are intended to go up after a few months.
Misrepresentation/Fraud Policy Disclosure
iFreedom Direct Corporation does not tolerate any form
of fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation, including the failure to
provide information material to the loan application or documentation to verify the accuracy of any and all information
provided in order to obtain loan approval. All violators will be
prosecuted to the full extent of the law. iFreedom Direct Corporation will
notify the appropriate regulators of all violations. These may include,
but are not limited to:
- Federal Bureau of Investigation
- State Police
- State and Federal Regulating Authorities
- Department of Housing & Urban Development
- Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation
- Federal National Mortgage Association
- Government National Mortgage Association
- Regulating Real Estate Authority
- State Insurance Commissioner
iFreedom Direct Corporation may refuse to make
any loan on the basis of fraud or misrepresentation.
Check Acceptance Policy
iFreedom Direct Corporation agrees to accept your personal
check(s) under the following conditions:
We do not accept “counter checks.”
All checks must have your name, address, and account number preprinted
on them.
All checks returned from your bank unpaid for
any reason will be subject to a $20.00 returned check charge, or
the maximum allowed by law in your resident state. Collection costs,
including but not limited to, penalties permitted by state law and
Attorney’s fees, will be assessed if the check amount and
returned check charge are not paid in full within fifteen (15) days
of notice. Funds to replace a returned check must be certified funds.
Customers who wrongfully place a stop payment or who provide a check on a closed
or frozen account will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law,
applicable in the resident state.
Your check serves as authorization for iFreedom Direct Corporation to withdraw the full amount from your checking account
either by standard deposit or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). In
the event a check is returned from your bank unpaid, upon availability
of funds in the account, iFreedom Direct Corporation reserves the right
to utilize EFT to withdraw the face value of the check(s), plus
a $20 returned check fee directly from your account.
